Yes, Earth Turtle is 100% plastic-free!
We do not supply any products that contain plastic and all our packaging is made from recycled paper, cardboard and compostable mailing bags.

Earth Turtle is very close to being 100% vegan.
We have just one product that is not vegan, our Certified Organic beeswax wraps. Handmade and homemade by a small family business in the Blue Mountain of NSW. Their beeswax is locally sourced from Certified Organic hives meaning there’s no harm to their honey bees, there are no chemicals used and they are free to forage in the wild.

Yes. We have carefully selected our products to ensure they are all 100% palm oil free. We refuse to sell anything that uses palm-oil, even if it’s just 1%, we will not use it, nor sell it.

No. Silicone is an odourless, colourless polymer composed of silicon that is found naturally in sand, quartz & rocks.

There are different grades of silicone, from standard silicone to platinum grade silicone.

Standard silicone is often cured with peroxide. It is the most cost effective, but fillers are needed in the process and the final product contains contaminants and byproducts, similar to plastic.

Platinum silicone is a non-toxic hospital grade, food safe silicone that uses only platinum (precious metal) as a catalyst. It is much cleaner, safer and purer than standard silicone.

We only have one product made from silicone and that is our ONYA Coffee Cups.

These are made from Platinum Grade silicone, BPA free and BCorp Certified. At the moment there is no better alternative as all other reusable coffee cups are made with plastic parts.

If you are aware of any other reusable coffee cups that are 100% plastic free please contact us. We would love to hear from you and add this to our range.

Yes. 100% plastic-free.

We reuse cardboard boxes and when necessary use new boxes made from 100% recycled paper and cardboard.
If parcel packing is required we reuse suppliers packing and shred old boxes or scrap paper.

We have two options for free delivery.

  1. When you spend over $99 we ship anywhere in Australia for free.
  2. We offer a personal free delivery once a week in Cairns and to the Cairns Northern Beaches. Orders are hand delivered by us!

Yes. You can select this option on our ‘check-out’ page once you have selected your items.

Our Cairns city "Click & Collect" is available 10am - 4pm Tuesday to Thursday.

Yes, we can send items overseas. Please contact us and we can advise of the international postage pricing.

We accept all of the major credit cards and debit cards. This also includes American Express.

Not yet. We do have plans to add more payment options very soon.

If you have either Google Pay or Apple Pay available on your devices, our payment system can accept these methods of payment.

Unfortunately Afterpay is not available at this time.

Absolutely. We accept change of mind returns as long as the item is in the original packaging, has not been used and no seals have been broken. For more information read our returns policy.
