I think my biggest success in terms of a purchase was the reusable safety razor. Having sensitive skin, I was initially a bit worried this might cause skin irritation with super sharp blades, but my fears were allayed after the very first shave.
The main advantage has been avoiding to have to buy disposable safety razor sets with unfriendly amounts of plastic packaging. In addition to wasteful packaging, the new ‘Earth Turtle’ razor is cheap to maintain with just the occasional blade change. So the net result has been great shaves, elimination of plastic waste and cost savings. Absolutely wonderful.
