Use & Care

  1. Wet your loofah to soften it up.
  2. Use it to exfoliate and gently massage your skin.
  3. Use in circular motions to double its massaging qualities.
  4. Combine with Cocoa and Shea butter to soothe skin.
  5. Take out of the shower after leave to dry.
  6. Boil your loofah for a couple of minutes after every few uses.
  7. Replace every 4-6 weeks.
  8. Compost at the end of its life.

Natural loofah sponge is a plastic free alternative to synthetic shower puffs and sponges. This unique sponge is hard when dry but softens up once wet. Loofah is compostable, biodegradable and much more sustainable than synthetic sponges.

What is a Loofah?

  • Loofah is a fruit that comes from the tropical Luffa plant. A climbing vine related to the cucumber family.
  • Once dried out, it makes an excellent natural sponge to clean and exfoliate your skin.
  • This multi use sponge can also be used to clean your dishes!

What can I use a Loofah Sponge for?

  • Loofah is known for it's excellent exfoliating and massaging properties.
  • Combined with Cocoa and Shea butter it helps soothe and relax aching muscles
  • Useful to shed off dry skin, rid feet from callus and cracked heels.
  • When it wears out (after 4-6 weeks) you can compost it in your garden.
