Change of Mind

We accept returns on our products* provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If you change your mind you can return the product to the address below, please include a copy of your order confirmation, or a handwritten note with your order number. We do not refund the delivery costs. 

*Change of mind returns are not available for;

Change of Mind terms
  1. All returns must be received within 28 calendar days of purchase.
  2. If more than 28 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, with seals in tact and tags attached where applicable. Products’ packaging must also be received in tact with no tears or blemishes.
  4. We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can’t be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.
  5. We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them.
  6. Please note we don’t refund delivery costs.
  7. Exchanges are possible.

Sensitivties

We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to, or are allergic to.

We put the full list of ingredients on the website so please look at these carefully.

Should you encounter any problem with the product when using, please do get in touch with us as we may be able to give you some advice.

Please make sure you patch test the product before applying generally to ensure you do not have a reaction, as even natural products can cause reactions with some skin types.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item/s or an item was damaged in transit please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of  delivery.

We do not refund for natural wear and tear or for damage caused post receipt.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us asap.

Please send an email with your order details which outlines the issue and ideally attach a video or multiple photos so we can see the fault with ease. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
