Sustainable Packaging
We are very proud of our shipping efforts to be as sustainable as possible.
Cardboard Boxes
We reuse, recycle and repurpose cardboard boxes that we source locally.
When smaller used boxes are not available we source new boxes made from 100% recycled paper and cardboard.
Protective Packaging and filling
Where protective packaging, void filling and cushioning is required we reuse, recycle and repurpose suppliers own protective packaging.
When more protective packaging is required we shred old boxes and scrap paper.
We believe in reusing, recycling and repurposing over using new and aesthetically pleasing protective fillings unless it is absolutely necessary.

These options will appear once your shipping and delivery address is completed on the check-out page. Shipping price is dependant on weight and size of the items in your basket and is calculated by connecting to Australia Post systems.

Contactless Delivery & Authority to Leave
Paid Delivery Services
Australia Post is delivering all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature.
Australia Post will notify you that your delivery is on its way and will add this comment. “If nobodies home we will look for a safe place to leave it”.
You can click the link, or sign in with your Track your delivery link tracking number and you can add further delivery comments.
Free Local Delivery (Cairns)
Our ‘Free Personal Delivery’ service is available in the Cairns postcodes of 4868, 4869, 4870, 4878, 4879.
The delivery is by Tina herself and as stated above, every Monday between 8am and 12pm.
If no-one will be home to accept the delivery please leave delivery notes and instructions on the “Order Notes” section on the checkout page.
When a parcel can not be delivered and there is no ‘delivery instructions’, the parcel will be available for pick-up only from our Cairns city click and collect location.
Re-delivery is not possible.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
- We will process all orders within 1-2 working days.
Sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times. - Within Australia, your delivery will be received on average within 1-7 days. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order.
- Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
- We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
- Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout by connecting to Australia Post’s servers.
- Delivery is free for all orders over $99. The postage is sent via the least expensive service.
- Australia Post is delivering all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature.
Australia Post will notify you that your delivery is on its way and will add this comment. “If nobodies home we will look for a safe place to leave it”. It is up to the receiver of the delivery to inform Australia Post the best delivery method if they will not be home to receive the delivery. - Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 21 days.
- Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office or courier depot will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 21 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
- Free Personalised Delivery is offered to Cairns region postcodes 4868, 4869, 4870, 4878, 4879. Delivery is generally available on a Monday between 8am and 12pm. We do not guarantee these days and times and can change without notice. We will correspond any changes to these days and times with you after your order is completed.
Minimum spend of $15 required to qualify for this free service. - Click and collect is generally available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 4pm. We do not guarantee these days and times and can change without notice. We will correspond any changes to these days and times with you after your order is completed.
